Treatment Terms

Appointments and cancellations

An appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In the case of a later cancellation, or a missed appointment, part of the rate may be charged.

Arriving late

If you arrive later than agreed, the treatment time may be shortened, so the next appointment isn’t affected.

Payment

Payment takes place directly after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Health and contraindications

Please report any relevant health complaints before the treatment. For severe, sudden or unexplained complaints, it is always advised to consult a doctor or specialist first.

Liability

Tamara Ontspant treats with care and attention, but is not liable for damage arising from health information that was not, incorrectly, or incompletely communicated.
